Zsolt has been playing guitar for over 25 years, composing music and performing in a variety of bands and styles. After graduation he has worked as a concert and studio artist. Performed in a number of different genres in the early nineties including jazz, funk, blues, and rock.
After these years he started to work in the computer game industry as a music composer and sound engineer. In 2000 he moved to Columbus, Ohio to build his carrier in the information technology field, and a couple of years later he rejoined to the music life as a stage performer.
Some of his musical influences include Joe Pass, John Scofield, Ted Greene and the legendary guitar player of the Count Basie big band, Freddie Green.
Nowadays Zsolt plays in the Rick Brunetto Big Band, Matt Ellis Standard Time, John Vermeulen´s Swing Orchestra or the octet with Brian Michael Smith, and occasionally he appears in Vaugh Wiester´s Famous Jazz Orchestra. Whenever the chance arises, he participates in musical theater productions as a pit musician.
